Our Career Managers consult with many of the top clinical research minds in the industry and are advocates for their consultants’ careers. Career Managers are relationship builders who genuinely care about the work they do and the consultants they service. Leverage your network and work with the people that you have known in and around pharma, biotech and/or medical device companies.
Business Development professionals
Our Business Development professionals reside in strategic areas of the country near concentrations of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. They are industry trained subject matter experts having the best reputations among their peers. These professionals have the ability to work closely with their clients providing counsel in the acquisition of talent and teams within the drug development process.
Office Manager and Contracts Coordinator
We are looking for an Office Manager with paralegal, contracts and/or human resources experience to support the company’s sales and recruitment activity. The ideal candidate enjoys interactions with internal and external clients providing a warm welcome to visitors and internal staff alike.
Qualified candidates will have significant experience in the contracting process, familiarity with either Bullhorn or other Customer Service Management/resume databases/electronic tools utilized in the human services industry and other IT internal needs of the company. The successful candidate will maintain curiosity toward expanding the duties and responsibility of a privately held and growing high-touch service firm.
